1. Who we are
STOKAIZ (“we”, “us”) is a technology, education and research platform. We publish market data and the research outputs of statistical models, together with the recorded history of those outputs (the “Research Data”). We are not a broker, an investment adviser, a fund or an exchange, we do not manage anyone’s money, and we do not execute trades.
2. What the Research Data is, and what it is not
The Research Data is information for education and research. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation, not an offer or an invitation to buy or sell anything, and not tailored to you. A reference level, a model target and an invalidation level are outputs of a model measured in simulation. They are not instructions. You alone decide what to do, and you accept all the risk of your decisions. Please read the Risk Disclosure.
3. Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for making sure that using the service is lawful where you live. If it is not, do not use it.
4. Your account
Give us accurate details and keep your password secret. One account is for one person. You may not share, sell or let others use your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, sharing or to harm the service or other users.
5. Plans, results and payments
Plans are shown on the Plans page. A plan gives you a number of results that you open yourself; each result you open uses one result from your plan, and a plan ends only when its results are used. Payment is made in cryptocurrency to the wallet shown at checkout. We review each payment and activate the plan after we confirm it. Prices, the number of results and the referral reward apply during the pilot phase and may change at any time; we will tell you before any change, and a change does not affect a month you already paid for. The launch offer (50% off the first month for new users) is available for a limited time only.
6. Replacement credit
If a result you opened from your plan ends at its invalidation level, you receive one replacement credit. A replacement credit can be used only on a result from an asset with a hit rate of at least 90% and at least 5 recorded results. A result opened with a replacement credit does not earn another credit. A replacement credit is a service credit. It is not compensation for any trading or investment loss and it has no cash value.
7. Referrals
You earn $0.25 off your next monthly payment for each referred user who has an active paid subscription, up to 10 referrals and $2.50 a month. The count resets every month. The discount is applied to your next payment only and never takes it below the minimum price. We may correct or cancel rewards obtained by abuse.
8. Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable.
9. Acceptable use
You may not copy, scrape, resell, publish or redistribute the Research Data, use automated tools to collect it, or try to bypass the limits of your plan or the security of the service. The Research Data is licensed to you for your own personal use only.
10. Ownership
The service, the design, the software and the Research Data belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you no ownership of them.
11. Availability and accuracy
The service and the Research Data are provided “as is” and “as available”. Data can be delayed, incomplete, wrong or unavailable, and we give no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.
12. Limit of liability
We accept no liability of any kind. We are not responsible for any trading or investment loss, lost profit, or direct or indirect damage that results from using the service or the Research Data. You use the service and the Research Data entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for every decision you make. No refund or compensation is owed.
13. Changes and ending
We may change the service or these terms, and we will tell you about important changes in advance. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
14. Disputes and contact
If something is wrong, please contact us first through the contact form on our website and we will try to solve it.

1. من نحن
STOKAIZ («نحن») منصة تقنية وتعليمية وبحثية. ننشر بيانات السوق ومخرجات أبحاث نماذج إحصائية مع السجل المسجّل لتلك المخرجات («بيانات الأبحاث»). لسنا وسيطًا ولا مستشار استثمار ولا صندوقًا ولا بورصة، ولا ندير أموال أحد، ولا ننفذ صفقات.
2. ما هي بيانات الأبحاث وما ليست
بيانات الأبحاث معلومات للتعليم والبحث. ليست نصيحة استثمارية ولا توصية ولا عرضًا أو دعوة لشراء أو بيع أي شيء، وليست مخصصة لك. المستوى المرجعي وهدف النموذج ومستوى الإبطال مخرجات نموذج مقاسة بالمحاكاة وليست تعليمات. أنت وحدك تقرر ما تفعل وتتحمل كل مخاطر قراراتك. يرجى قراءة إفصاح المخاطر.
3. من يمكنه استخدام الخدمة
يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا على الأقل وقادرًا على إبرام اتفاق ملزم. أنت مسؤول عن التأكد من أن استخدام الخدمة قانوني في بلد إقامتك. إن لم يكن كذلك فلا تستخدمها.
4. حسابك
قدّم بيانات صحيحة وحافظ على سرية كلمة المرور. الحساب لشخص واحد، ولا يجوز مشاركته أو بيعه أو تمكين الآخرين من استخدامه. يجوز لنا تعليق أو إغلاق أي حساب يُستخدم في الاحتيال أو إساءة الاستخدام أو المشاركة أو الإضرار بالخدمة أو المستخدمين.
5. الباقات والنتائج والمدفوعات
تظهر الباقات في صفحة الباقات. تمنحك الباقة عددًا من النتائج تفتحها بنفسك، وكل نتيجة تفتحها تستهلك نتيجة واحدة من باقتك، وتنتهي الباقة فقط باستهلاك نتائجها. يتم الدفع بالعملات الرقمية إلى المحفظة المعروضة عند الدفع. نراجع كل دفعة ونفعّل الباقة بعد التأكد منها. الأسعار وعدد النتائج ومكافأة الإحالة سارية خلال المرحلة التجريبية وقد تتغير في أي وقت، وسنبلغك قبل أي تغيير، ولا يؤثر التغيير على شهر دفعت له بالفعل. عرض الإطلاق (خصم 50% على أول شهر للمستخدمين الجدد) متاح لفترة محدودة فقط.
6. الرصيد البديل
إذا انتهت نتيجة فتحتها من باقتك عند مستوى الإبطال تحصل على رصيد بديل واحد. يمكن استخدام الرصيد البديل فقط على نتيجة من أصل نسبة نجاحه 90% على الأقل وله 5 نتائج مسجلة على الأقل. النتيجة المفتوحة بالرصيد البديل لا تمنح رصيدًا آخر. الرصيد البديل رصيد خدمة، وليس تعويضًا عن أي خسارة في التداول أو الاستثمار، وليست له قيمة نقدية.
7. الإحالات
تحصل على خصم 0.25 دولار من دفعتك الشهرية التالية عن كل مستخدم محال لديه اشتراك مدفوع فعّال، بحد أقصى 10 إحالات و2.50 دولار شهريًا. يُصفَّر العدّاد كل شهر. يُطبَّق الخصم على دفعتك التالية فقط ولا ينزل بها عن الحد الأدنى للسعر. يجوز لنا تصحيح أو إلغاء المكافآت التي تم الحصول عليها بإساءة استخدام.
8. الاسترداد
جميع المدفوعات نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد.
9. الاستخدام المقبول
لا يجوز نسخ بيانات الأبحاث أو كشطها أو إعادة بيعها أو نشرها أو إعادة توزيعها، ولا استخدام أدوات آلية لجمعها، ولا محاولة تجاوز حدود باقتك أو أمان الخدمة. بيانات الأبحاث مرخّصة لك لاستخدامك الشخصي فقط.
10. الملكية
الخدمة والتصميم والبرمجيات وبيانات الأبحاث مملوكة لنا أو لمرخّصينا. لا تمنحك هذه الشروط ملكية أي منها.
11. التوفر والدقة
تُقدَّم الخدمة وبيانات الأبحاث «كما هي» و«كما تتوفر». قد تتأخر البيانات أو تكون ناقصة أو خاطئة أو غير متاحة، ولا نضمن أن تكون الخدمة بلا انقطاع أو بلا أخطاء.
12. حدود المسؤولية
لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية من أي نوع. لسنا مسؤولين عن أي خسارة في التداول أو الاستثمار أو فقدان ربح أو أي ضرر مباشر أو غير مباشر ناتج عن استخدام الخدمة أو بيانات الأبحاث. تستخدم الخدمة وبيانات الأبحاث على مسؤوليتك الكاملة، وأنت وحدك المسؤول عن كل قرار تتخذه. لا يستحق أي استرداد أو تعويض.
13. التغييرات والإنهاء
قد نغيّر الخدمة أو هذه الشروط وسنبلغك مسبقًا بالتغييرات المهمة. يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة في أي وقت. قد نعلّق الوصول أو ننهيه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط.
