1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data STOKAIZ collects when you use the website and the application, why, and what you can do about it.
2. Data we collect
Account: your name, email address and a protected (hashed) version of your password; your language and referral code. Use: sign-in and activity records, the results you open, the IP address and browser details of your requests, kept in our logs for security. Payments: the plan, amount, network, the transaction reference and the screenshot you upload as proof. Messages: what you send through the contact form. Analytics: with your consent only, anonymous-style usage statistics from Google Analytics.
3. Why we use it
To create and run your account, deliver the plan you chose, review payments, keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse, answer your messages, send account emails such as a password reset, and improve the service. Where the law requires a legal basis, it is the contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure service, your consent (analytics), or a legal duty.
4. Cookies
We use one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. It is needed for the application to work and is not used for tracking. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them in the banner, and you can decline without losing any feature.
5. Who receives it
We do not sell your data. It is processed by the providers that host and deliver the service (servers and email), by Google Analytics if you consent, and by our chart and price-ticker provider (TradingView), which loads in your browser when you view the price bar or the chart. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable time afterwards. Payment records and proofs are kept as long as needed for accounting, security and disputes. Security logs are kept for a limited period. You can ask us to delete your account and data, subject to those needs.
7. Security
Traffic is encrypted. Passwords are stored only in hashed form. Payment proofs are stored privately and shown only to our administrators who need them. Administrator access is protected by a password and a second factor. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict some uses, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us through the contact form and we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Children and transfers
The service is for adults only. Our providers may process data in other countries; where required we use appropriate safeguards.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will tell you about important changes. For any question or request, use the contact form on our website.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها
الحساب: اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ونسخة محمية (مشفّرة) من كلمة المرور ولغتك ورمز الإحالة. الاستخدام: سجلات الدخول والنشاط والنتائج التي تفتحها وعنوان IP وبيانات المتصفح لطلباتك، وتُحفظ في سجلاتنا لأغراض الأمان. المدفوعات: الباقة والمبلغ والشبكة ومرجع المعاملة ولقطة الشاشة التي ترفعها كإثبات. الرسائل: ما ترسله عبر نموذج التواصل. التحليلات: بموافقتك فقط، إحصاءات استخدام من Google Analytics.
3. لماذا نستخدمها
لإنشاء حسابك وتشغيله وتقديم الباقة التي اخترتها ومراجعة المدفوعات وحماية الخدمة ومنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام والرد على رسائلك وإرسال رسائل الحساب مثل إعادة تعيين كلمة المرور وتحسين الخدمة. وحيث يتطلب القانون أساسًا قانونيًا فهو العقد معك ومصلحتنا المشروعة في تشغيل خدمة آمنة وموافقتك (للتحليلات) أو التزام قانوني.
4. ملفات تعريف الارتباط
نستخدم ملف ارتباط أساسيًا واحدًا يُبقيك مسجّلًا للدخول. هو ضروري لعمل التطبيق ولا يُستخدم للتتبع. تُستخدم ملفات التحليلات فقط إذا قبلتها في الشريط، ويمكنك الرفض دون فقدان أي ميزة.
5. من يستلمها
لا نبيع بياناتك. تعالجها الجهات التي تستضيف الخدمة وتوصلها (الخوادم والبريد) وGoogle Analytics إذا وافقت، ومزوّد الرسم البياني وشريط الأسعار (TradingView) الذي يُحمَّل في متصفحك عند عرض شريط الأسعار أو الرسم البياني. لا نكشف البيانات للجهات الرسمية إلا عندما يلزمنا القانون.
6. مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب طالما حسابك فعّال ولفترة معقولة بعد ذلك. تُحفظ سجلات المدفوعات والإثباتات طالما لزم للمحاسبة والأمان والنزاعات. تُحفظ سجلات الأمان لفترة محدودة. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك مع مراعاة تلك الاحتياجات.
7. الأمان
الاتصال مشفّر. كلمات المرور تُخزَّن بصيغة مشفّرة فقط. إثباتات الدفع تُخزَّن بشكل خاص ولا يراها إلا مديرونا المحتاجون إليها. وصول المديرين محمي بكلمة مرور وعامل ثانٍ. لا يوجد نظام آمن تمامًا، لذا استخدم كلمة مرور قوية وفريدة.
8. حقوقك
بحسب مكان إقامتك قد يكون لك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو تصديرها، والاعتراض على بعض الاستخدامات أو تقييدها، وسحب الموافقة في أي وقت. تواصل معنا عبر نموذج التواصل وسنرد خلال وقت معقول.
9. الأطفال والنقل
الخدمة للبالغين فقط. قد تعالج الجهات المزودة البيانات في دول أخرى، ونستخدم ضمانات مناسبة حيث يلزم.
